The Brewers and Braves play Sunday, August 23, 2026 at 7:10 p.m. Eastern time. ESPN will show the game from Historic Bowman Field in Williamsport, Pennsylvania.

Can fans buy 2026 Little League Classic tickets?

The official event page does not list a normal public ticket sale. Little League now lists one same-day chance: fans who attend the free 9 a.m. Game 17 at Howard J. Lamade Stadium on August 23 can enter a drawing for tickets to the MLB game that evening.

The drawing runs from 7 to 10 a.m. Fans need the LLWS App and must scan an on-site QR code near the Lamade Stadium entrances. Entry is limited to one per person. Winners will be announced in the stadium and notified in the app during the last inning of Game 17.

Where is the MLB Little League Classic played?

The game is played at Journey Bank Ballpark at Historic Bowman Field, 1700 West Fourth Street in Williamsport. It is the home of the Williamsport Crosscutters in the MLB Draft League.

The ballpark opened in 1926 and turns 100 in 2026. The Crosscutters list a regular capacity of 2,500, but MLB may use a different event layout. MLB has not posted a separate 2026 Little League Classic capacity, so the regular ballpark figure should not be treated as the event attendance limit.

Little League Classic bag policy and entry rules

MLB prohibits bags larger than 16 by 16 by 8 inches, except medical and diaper bags, and all bags can be inspected. There is no storage for prohibited items at Historic Bowman Field.

The event policy also bans hard-sided coolers, glass bottles, professional cameras with detachable lenses, selfie sticks, and most outside drinks. One clear, factory-sealed water bottle of 20 ounces or less is allowed. Check MLB's security page again before leaving because event rules can change.

Why MLB plays this game in Williamsport

MLB launched the Little League Classic in 2017. The event brings Major League players and Little League World Series teams together during the tournament, then stages a regular-season game at Historic Bowman Field.

The 2026 game is the ninth edition. Atlanta and Milwaukee join a list that has included clubs from both leagues, with Seattle and the New York Mets playing the 2025 game.
