How to use the ballpark passport
Open the CSV in Google Sheets, Excel, Numbers, or any spreadsheet app. Keep one row for each active park. Change visited from no to yes after your first game, then add the date, opponent, score, seat, people, and memory you want to keep.
If you have been to the same park more than once, use this file as the summary. Keep a second sheet or a game tracker for the full list of visits. The park count stays simple while each game keeps its own record.

- Add the final score and your section, row, and seat.
- Name the people who joined you.
- Write one short memory that a box score cannot recover.
Start with proof you already have
Old visits are easier to rebuild from evidence than from memory alone. Search ticket emails, dated photos, calendar entries, and travel receipts one season at a time. Add clear matches first and leave uncertain dates blank.
A ticket can supply the opponent and seat. A photo can supply the date and park. Once you know the date and teams, the official schedule can confirm the final score.
Know when a spreadsheet is enough
The template is enough when your main goal is a private checklist and you do not mind entering facts by hand. It is portable, easy to edit, and does not require an account.

Gamebook's 2026.1 registry contains 65 current and historic MLB venues. That lets a visit to the Kingdome or old Yankee Stadium remain distinct while renamed active parks keep their name history.
